Channel Ten Responds To ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Australia Rumours

There are reports the show's first season is in the works.

With The Bachelor finished for another season, we’re thanking our lucky stars that Sophie Monk’s season of The Bachelorette is straight in there to fill our Wednesday and Thursday night TV void.

And, according to reports, a new Bachelor spin-off show could soon be starting in Australia: Bachelor In Paradise.

For those who don’t follow the US version, Bachelor In Paradise enlists previous Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants, who attempt to mend their broken hearts and find love with one another.

That means that all your favourite faces from Matty J’s season (hello, Tara!) and all other previous Bachie seasons could soon return to our screens.

According to New Idea, Bachelor runner-up Nikki Gogan was seen filming promo in Palm Beach, with the show set to be filmed in Fiji.

The publication listed season three breakout star Zilda Williams, Sarah-Mae Louise Amey, Michael Turnbull and Elora Murger and Leah Costa from Matty J’s season.

However, Channel Ten is – for the moment – denying the show is in the works, telling Daily Mail Australia today that the claims are false.
