Last month, Ed Sheeran fans were left stunned by the news that he had cancelled his Asia tour dates and cast doubt on whether or not he would continue with the remainder of the tour after being hit by a car.
Now, the “Photograph” singer has taken to Instagram to announce that he has resumed the tour by picking up right where he left off in Asia.
“First show back x,” he wrote.

After news broke that Ed had cancelled his tour dates, Aussie fans started to panic about whether or not Ed would be coming Down Under early next year.
But Frontier Touring were quick to release an official statement to assure the public that his Aussie tour dates would most likely go ahead.
The statement posted to the company’s social media read:
“As the Australia and New Zealand leg of Ed Sheeran’s tour does not commence until March 2018, we have no reason to believe that the shows here will be affected.
We’re sure by March Ed will be fighting fit and incredibly excited about having the use of both his arms again. Rest up Ed – no more bicycles for you!”
And it looks like we have the confirmation!
