Farmer Wants A Wife is nearing the end of the season, and we are all dying to know who ends up with who.
We’ve already seen Farmer Alex choose Eddy and ride off into the sunset (only to have it surface that they have already called it quits), while Farmer Zac seems to have let it slip that he chooses Maya.
Meanwhile, Farmer Dylan has Scarlett, Keeley and Ally to choose from, with viewers on the edge of their seats to find out who he picks, given he has expressed feelings for all of them.
Despite sharing a kiss with Keeley during their solo date – a move that prompted Ally to flee the farm – Dylan may have just let it slip that Keeley does not end up winning his heart, or even making it to his final two.
Did Farmer Dylan just spoil his own ending?
Speaking to WHO about his and Keeley’s date, Dylan shared that it was “definitely special”.
“I suppose our connection grew through the conversations we had, and I really enjoyed that, that day,” he explained. “I think it’s probably up there with my favourite, but I’ve kind of said from the start, if Keeley was here from the start, it could have been a whole different story.”
Well, that doesn’t sound like Keeley will be staying beyond the black-tie event next week now, does it?
“Her and I just get along really well, and I think our connection definitely wasn’t as strong as the one that I had with Ally, but I think that’s kind of what makes it a little bit unfair on the girls that come in halfway through, because they kind of miss that crucial time to start growing a connection sooner.”
He continued, “But yeah, Keeley and my date was wicked. I think about it every now and again. Things could have been different.”
Okay, that definitely makes it sound like he not only sends Keeley home but also regrets doing so.
Interestingly, he also told us earlier how important chemistry is to him, compared to someone being good on paper. And it’s safe to say his chemistry with Ally is very strong, despite her not being a horse girl!
“I think [chemistry’s] critical,” Dylan shared. “You need chemistry, because at the end of the day, I suppose it can be right on paper, but it doesn’t appear that way in person, and that chemistry is not there. Then it’s just not right.”
Dylan added: “I would rather be completely opposite to someone and have chemistry than be perfect for someone on paper than have no chemistry.”
Fans divided: Is Keeley the right girl for Dylan?
Although Dylan appears to be nostalgic for the time he spent with Keeley, some fans have said they never thought she was the right girl for him.
“No fireworks between these two,” one viewer wrote on Facebook.
“Dont let Ally go. She will brighten up your life,” another added.
Others, however, thought Keeley could be the perfect girl for Dylan, with one person writing, “She is the perfect rodeo travelling partner for him. Not a chance Ally or Scarlett will be up for that.”
“I really like this chick,” another said of Keeley. “I would definitely pick her for him.”
