You’re about to join a long list of people who weren’t aware that Iggy Azalea was not only pregnant but just gave birth!

According to multiple reports, the Australia singer has welcomed her first child with her 23-year-old boyfriend, Playboi Carti— whose real name is Jordan Terrell Carter.
While we’re not privy to many details yet, a source close to the 29-year-old told Metro she’s now mum to a son, though his name is yet to be revealed.
Their close pal and fellow musician, DJ Akademiks— otherwise known as Negrotiator or Lil AK— also backed this up, adding their bundle of joy arrived last weekend.
“Talked to some ppl… allegedly this is true. Congrats if it is,” he captioned an Instagram post showing the new parents cuddling up to each other.
In December, a pal told Hollywood Unlocked that Iggy— who released her second studio album, titled In My Defense, in June 2019— was six months along.
After news broke, she went into hiding, deleted all of her Instagram posts, and stopped updating fans on her everyday life.
Iggy and her beau are said to have began dating in early 2018. Months after going public with their relationship, she sparked engagement rumours when she was seen wearing a diamond on her wedding ring finger.
While she refused to address speculation, her boyfriend opened up about their deeply private relationship in June 2019, saying: “Once I started talking to her, I just cut off everybody. I was over with.”
Although the Fancy hitmaker has remained coy about her love life, she previously addressed the couple’s six-year age gap after a fan dragged her online,
“Is that unusual to you? Because almost everyone I know isn’t the exact age as the person they date. You all act like he’s some little kid that just left school or I’m some old ass woman. We are both in our twenties, get off my nuts.”
