When The Hills returns to MTV with the New Beginnings reboot, Kristin Cavallari will “of course” be tuning in.
WATCH: The star gets candid about what we can expect from The Hills reboot.
Sitting down with PEOPLE Now, Cavallari — who starred on the original series from 2007-10 but is not participating in the revival — revealed that she got “a little tea” about the upcoming season, including which cast member is taking on the role of villain.
“I saw Audrina a few weeks ago. It’s gonna be good, so I’m excited to see it just like everybody else,” Cavallari, 32, said getting the low-down from Audrina Patridge, who is returning to star on the revival.
But a return to the series also means a tidal wave of drama — something Patridge’s life hasn’t exactly been void of recently.
Cavallari said returning to filming for the cast is “like no time has passed.”
“It’s like right back to all of that Hills drama,” said Cavallari, who can be seen on season 2 of her own reality show, E!’s Very Cavallari.
“It’s one thing when you’re like 21, but I can’t imagine going back to that again. I think it would be hard. So I feel for Audrina. She’s a mom now,” she added of Patridge, who shares daughter Kirra, 2½, with Bohan. “Your whole mentality has changed, so to be able to go back to that I think would be difficult.”
While Cavallari won’t be appearing on The Hills, another familiar face has been cast on the show: The O.C. star Mischa Barton.
“I think her and Audrina have sort of formed an alliance, which is always good to have someone in your corner,” Cavallari said. “That’s what it sounds like.”
As for the cast member that will bring the most drama to the screen, Cavallari didn’t miss a beat in divulging the name.
“Stephanie Pratt,” she said. “Word on the street is Stephanie Pratt is sort of filling into the villain role.”
The Hills: New Beginnings is slated to premiere on MTV in 2019. Very Cavallari returns Sunday at 10 p.m. ET on E!
