Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven managed to butt heads with most of their Married at First Sight co-stars, but there’s clearly no bad blood between the engaged couple and fan-favourite Belinda Vickers.

After recently announcing her split from on-screen “husband” Patrick, Belinda took the time to send Bryce and Melissa a heartwarming baby gift to celebrate their pregnancy.
Earlier this week the controversial couple announced they were not only engaged, but pregnant with twins.
“It’s been a whirlwind, but we’re so incredibly happy,” Melissa exclusively told New Idea, pointing out their twins will be a world first for the TV franchise.
“People saw on the show how supportive and loyal Mel was. I’m pleased to say that’s transitioned to the real world,” Bryce added.
On Friday, just days after the announcement, Belinda sent the pair an adorable package of baby clothing.
“Dear Melissa and Bryce, so happy for you. Really exciting news. You’re going to have a cute little family,” the 29-year-old wrote on the congratulatory card.
Belinda gifted the happy couple two matching gender-neutral onesies adorned with dears and a packet of animal-themed bibs.
“Aw, they’re beautiful. Thank you, Bel!” Melissa gushed after unwrapping the present while Bryce filmed her reaction.
The road to lifelong love –and now parenthood – has been rocky for the pair, both 32, whose relationship was subject to heavy criticism on-screen.
However, with no producers or editing to get in the way, Mel and Bryce have blossomed since filming wrapped.
“We’d already been married on the show and, with our relationship getting stronger, this just felt like the logical next step,” added Melissa, who is “deeply in love” with Bryce.
The pair say they’re planning a “low-key” wedding – nothing like their TV nuptials. And while Mel has big plans for the day, their focus is now on their family.
“I’ll have two babies by the time I walk down the aisle,” Melissa said.
While MAFS fans shouldn’t expect the show’s experts, Mel Schilling, John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla, to be invited to the wedding – Melissa insisted, “definitely not” – Bryce explained that he won’t hesitate to have some of his fellow grooms there.
“I’m still close to Jason, he’ll be there, and Cameron, Russell and James … we’ll see.”
The mum-to-be burst into tears at her scan when the nurse revealed she was expecting twins.
“Bryce had to wait elsewhere due to COVID, so I was alone during the first ultrasound and she just came straight out with it – no warning,” Melissa said.
“I couldn’t stop crying, it was very emotional. I think I said ‘holy s–t’ seven times.”
Melissa added that she couldn’t be happier with her engagement ring, which Bryce insisted on picking out together.
“That’s not traditional, but neither are we. I wanted her to love it and so she picked it out – it looks stunning,” he revealed.
