Married At First Sight may not be a great inspiration for a peaceful and loyal marriage, but the wedding dresses can be like your reality TV Pinterest board.

There is a lot of pressure to choose a wedding dress that perfectly captures your personality, but won’t make you look like a pastry.
These MAFS brides have opted for gowns that offer subtle twists on the traditional wedding dress, but there are still plenty of risque bodices and high slits.
It seems that it was a popular choice this season to have a sweetheart bodice and a trumpet silhouette, and although none of the brides chose anything a little out there for viewers at home (no thong wedges a la Foxy Jojo in sight), there was one unique take on a veil.
Have a scroll below to see what the 2021 MAFS brides wore on their big day.
Rebecca Zemek
This west coast business manager and former WAG wore a column-line dress, and she added a detachable train for a unique shape and versatility.
The dress has a low neckline, spaghetti straps, and a mix of sheer and opaque beads patterned the material.
As for her beauty look, Beck wore her long bronde hair in a low ponytail, with a subtle beehive and a face-framing fringe. For her makeup, she paired a smoky eye with a mauve lip.
Melissa Rawson
On her Instagram, she may have quipped that she feels like a “walking marshmallow,” but the 31-year-old workplace trainer looked wonderful in her tulle ball gown dress.
Her sweetheart neckline was embossed with mirroring beading, and she wore an understated veil.
Melissa chose a low-key beauty look and had her sliver blonde hair curled in a classic side part, and she also included a small floral headpiece.
Booka Nile
For her wholesome wedding, heavy metal musician Booka chose a trumpet line dress with a sweetheart neckline embellished with sheer material that goes up to her neck.
The rest of the dress has stunning beaded detailing that accentuates Booka’s figure in a subtle but classy way.
This bride added a little extra fashion to her outfit by ditching the veil and wearing a cape instead was a sweet nod to Australian designer Paolo Sebastian.
Booka chose a classic beauty look by wearing a light smudged eye shadow with a cherry red gloss, and her long blonde hair was styled in mermaid waves.
Coco Stedman
The vivacious bride chose a simple but risque dress for her wedding to fashion designer Sam.
The dress was a classic white trumpet silhouette with no lace in sight, a medium length train, a low V neckline, and a white belt to cinch in her toned waist.
Coco accessorised her look with a mid-length veil and simple gold earrings.
Her makeup look was radiating as she chose a peachy blush and coral lipstick to brighten her features, and her long brown hair was parted in the middle and placed into a romantic half-up hairstyle with a light wave.
Samantha Harvey
The mother of two picked an a-line dress with lace decorating the skirt. The bodice has a bolder lace design with Samantha’s neckline dipping into a low V, and lace trims on the outline to add more detail to the look.
She avoided distracting from the intricate dress by pairing it with a long veil and studded earrings.
The country girl opted for a more natural makeup look, and she kept her long platinum blonde hair cascading around her face in a middle part.
Joanne Todd
Joanne’s dress was a tasteful and elegant affair.
The gown had a trumpet silhouette with a mid-length slit, a V neck, a skinny white belt, and delicate lace covering the dress.
She accessorised the look with strappy heels, and she had a long but slim veil flowing behind her.
Her beauty look was accented by a dramatic smokey eye, with a nude lip, and she had her hair quite natural with part of it tied back.
Alana Lister
The teacher looked really lovely on her wedding day as she embraced a more romantic look.
Alana’s dress was mostly tulle and the bodice was complemented by off-the-shoulder sleeves.
The gown looks reminiscent of a chic cloud and it was approved by her groom’s parents who were in awe of the look.
Like many of the other brides Alana went for the classic smoky eye and nude lip, as for the hair, she wore it in a middle part in loose waves.
Beth Moore
The bride may have had a Covid wedding with no guests, but her celebrate and future husband, however, she didn’t hold back with her dress.
Her traditional all-white gown had a low V and billowing bell sleeves and a structured detail around her waist to bring the goddess aesthetic together.
Beth accessorised the look with two necklaces, with one gold pendant hanging low, a shorter replica and low hanging pearl earrings.
The beauty look was simple with a smoky eye, red lip, and natural blonde hair tied back into a half-up hairstyle.
Belinda Vickers
The brunette beauty’s dress had a gown silhouette with the skirt made out of tulle.
Belinda’s bodice was structured with a satin low V made modest with skin colour material covering her chest.
She paired the look with a tulle veil and a simple white bracelet.
Her hair was in its natural curly state with the front strands pinned back, and the makeup was fresh as Belinda chose to have a subdued eye shadow and nude lip colour.
Kerry Knight
Intruder bride Kerry chose to wear a simple white dress for her wedding to Johnny Balbuziente.
The tiny bide commented on her Instagram that the dress is made out of “wife material,” which must be true since getting hitched is exactly what she did.
Kerry’s dress includes a plunging neckline and a thigh high slit.
She chose to opt-out of accessorising the outfit, but she did wear a veil. She kept her side fringe and wore a beehive poof at the back for her beauty look.
Georgia Fairweather
She may have been dubbed as “Coco 2.0,” however, her bridal outfit was utterly different from Coco’s more body con look.
Her dress’s skirt includes billowing layers of material that creates the illusion of rose petals and her off the shoulder bodice was adorned with intricate beading.
Intruder Georgia added the most interesting accessories to her look. She wore drooping pearl earrings and paired a tiara with her veil.
The bride chose a simple makeup look and wore her blonde hair down in loose waves.
Jaimi Gardener
Jaimi married Christopher Jenson on the show wearing a 1920s inspired wedding dress for her big day.
Although the gown’s silhouette still fit the modern aesthetic with a body-conscious fit and a modest train, she added some vintage details to the look, like a 50s square neckline and 20s style beading all over the dress.
She accessorised the look with a sweet headband to hold up her long veil, and her beauty look was simple, with natural makeup and loose waves framing her face.
