Wednesday night’s MAFS Dinner Party was even more awkward than the last which saw Gia, Brook and Bec bullying Stella and Alissa. Only this time, one bride took on the role of the bully alone.

Despite the dinner party beginning with Bec and Alissa acting friendly towards one another, things swiftly changed when Gia brought out some not-so-nice texts that Bec had sent her a few nights previous.

In one of the texts alleged by Daily Mail Australia, the bride says: “I’m going to go so f***ing hard on Alissa and her fake relationship”, with another bride, believed to be Gia, chiming in: “Go babe we agree and got you.”

And while fans were horrified by the cruel messages sent by Bec, they were more concerned about the person instigating those conversations *cough* Gia *cough*.

What happened at the dinner party?

When Bec told the cameras she “needed to prove that Gia’s a liar” who “almost ruined my relationship”.

After hearing that Gia and Scott got matching tattoos, she told the cameras that she thought the pair were “fake” and that their relationship wouldn’t last (and neither would the tattoos).

During the dinner party, she told Gia, “I know you thought we were going to be friends, but I’m actually pretty unhappy.”

As the night wore on and tensions increased, particularly as Bec lashed out at many of the other couples, Gia accused her of being a “f**king bully.”

A screaming match ensued, and Danny, embarrassed by his wife’s behaviour, stayed quiet.

He told the cameras that he came onto the show for love, not to fight with all the other couples.

What are viewers saying?

According to fans of the show, Bec has been played by someone a lot more cunning than her: Gia.

One fan wrote online: “Bec has been set up by Gia. Just like Brook was. Gia started all this trouble. She encouraged Brook, who felt empowered to bully others. Bec was gutted by Gia’s accusation against Danny,” before adding: “This week Gia is acting like a decent individual.  She is waiting for Bec to implode whilst she gets to sit there and look innocent.”

A second responded saying: “I don’t agree with Brook or Bec’s behaviour, and they are responsible for their own behaviour but they have lead to the edge of the cliff by Gia and then when it suits her she gently pushes them off the cliff.”

How will the dinner party impact Bec and Danny’s relationship?

Bec and Danny’s relationship appeared to take a turn for the worse when Bec essentially had to beg him to sit next to her so they could put on a united front.

“I think he needs to have a good sleep and then tomorrow he’ll be really proud of me,” Bec told producers after noticing Danny being quiet.

Audio could be heard from them as they were leaving where she said, “Daniel, stand here and look united with me!”

“Babe! Don’t tell me what to do,” he responded. Yikes.
