Nadia Bartel has shared a post about overcoming sadness and struggles following her split from Jimmy Bartel.
The WAG was seen partying at Rebecca Judd’s housewarming bash, when the mother-of-two shared the cryptic post.
‘Doesn’t matter what’s happening in your life – if you are struggling, stressed or sad, it can be hard to leave the house but sometimes there is nothing better for the soul than a little boogie with friends for a few hours,’ Nadia shared to her Instagram account.
She shared the post alongside images of herself partying at the high profile event.
The post comes after her ex Jimmy went public with his blossoming romance with socialite Lauren Mand back in October.
Lauren shared a picture of the couple swimming together which she captioned: ‘Take me back to swimming with you,’ adding a love heart emoji.
The pretty blonde also gushed about Jimmy being an amazing dad prior.
‘You’re the most amazing dad, I admire you more and more each day for everything you do for these boys,’ she wrote.
