After a long off-season of dragonfruit growing and cattle corralling, five farmers from across the country are now ready to embark on their journey for love.
With last year’s season of Farmer Wants a Wife already seeing one engagement and one new baby welcomed to the farmer family, the 2024 hopefuls are eager to sew the seeds of a lifelong partnership and while it may be early days, sparks are already appearing to fly.
Guided by hosts Samantha Armytage and Natalie Gruzlewski, farmers Bert, Dean, Dustin, Joe, and Tom started their Farmer Wants a Wife journey with a romantic Hunter Valley welcome.
Following a brief introduction, both the farmers and their ladies spent a wholesome afternoon getting to know one another, with each of the contestants spending some quality alone time with their potential future beau.
While love may have well and truly been in the air for some, not every contestant found an instant connection and were sadly sent home.

Who has left Farmer Wants a Wife 2024?
Farmer Bert
Lauren
While life on the farm may have come naturally to some of the contestants, for Lauren, her connection with the group did not come as smoothly as others. After noticing her taking a step back from group situations, Farmer Bert shared that he hoped to spend more time getting to know her.
Unfortunately for Bert, Lauren decided to leave the farm while he was getting to know the ladies chosen by his mum – forcing Bert to reconsider who he sends home from the farm.
Caity
Sadly for Caity, Farmer Bert’s most recent date with Caitlin meant that she did not have time to foster her connection with her farmer.
While Caity may have been making herself at home on the farm, Bert made the difficult decision to send her home.
April
After returning back to the farm, Lauren and April were treated to a double date with Farmer Bert, plus an extra added lesson on farm safety.
Sadly for Bert, the double date meant that he had to make the difficult decision to send one of the ladies home. While sparks started to fly between Lauren and Bert, unfortunately, his connection with April wasn’t as strong, with April being the first contestant sent home from the farm.
Morgan
Ruby
Olivia
Farmer Dean
Tiffany
After one week of bonding with her fellow contestants and fostering her connection with Farmer Dean, Tiffany’s time on the farm came to an early conclusion after Farmer Dean decided to leave the show early with Teegan.
Bella
While her journey to discovering love may have only just begun, Bella’s Farmer Wants a Wife journey was cut short by Farmer Dean confessing that he had fallen in love with Teegan.
Hayley
For the ladies on Dean’s farm, their first week was certainly filled with its fair share of drama.
After receiving an anonymous text claiming that Teegan had a boyfriend outside the show, word spread fast across the farm and beyond. Following the news, Dean and Teegan had a heart-to-heart about the rumours and for Hayley, their time together was enough of an indication that her time on the farm was over.
“It’s so obvious that him and Teegan’s connection is very strong already. Is it worth waiting for a date?” Hayley told the camera, before making the difficult decision to walk away from her shot at love with Farmer Dean.
Kate
Following a dramatic start to their first week on the farm, Farmer Dean picked Kate and Tiffany to join him on his first double date of the season.
While his connection with both ladies began to strengthen, Dean made the emotional decision to send Kate home from the farm.
Jayden
Danae
Chloe
Farmer Dustin
Chloe
While romantic speed dates and a lavish country ball may all be part of their journey to find love, Chloe revealed to Farmer Dustin that she did not want to pursue the reality of life on the farm.
“What I thought I once wanted, I don’t want now… As much as I try to imagine a life out here with you, I don’t think I can,” she told Dustin.
Kara
Successfully navigating their first night on the farm, Farmer Dustin chose Anna and Kara for his first double date.
After an afternoon of getting to know each other, Dustin made the difficult decision to send Kara home.
Felicity
Kianah
Rebecca
Farmer Joe
Susie
Despite being a latecomer to the farm, Susie’s connection with Farmer Joe was instantaneous.
While the pair may have hit it off on their first speed date, Susie decided to leave the farm after speaking candidly about her experience with Joe.
“You love your farm and you love where you are. You deserve someone who is sure about that lifestyle. It would be really disingenuous of me to stay, having tried and realised I don’t like it,” Susie shared in her emotional farewell.
Chelsea
After making themselves at home on the farm, Farmer Joe spent their second day at home getting to know two of the ladies on their first double date.
Being chosen alongside Keely, Chelsea told the camera, “The moment that Joe said my name, my heart dropped a bit. I could be going home.” Unfortunately for Chelsea, her trepidations sadly came to fruition, with Joe choosing to foster his connection with Keely.
Alice
Taylah
Jen
Farmer Tom
Taylah
As Tom’s connection with the other ladies continued to blossom, Taylah was sadly sent home at the conclusion of her first week with Farmer Tom.
Abby
While his connection may have already begun to blossom with Sarah C, Tom took the opportunity to connect further with the rest of the contestants on their first double date, choosing Taylah and Abby.
Despite both making a positive impression, Farmer Tom decided to send Abby home from the farm.
