It’s been three months since Adele confirmed her shock split from husband Simon Konecki, and the British singer is living her best single life.

The 31-year-old was spotted holding hands with a “mystery man” on Friday as she attended the British Summer Time Hyde Park Festival in London to watch Celine Dion perform.
However, while fans were sent into meltdown over the possibility of a new romance, it was quickly confirmed that the Hello singer’s mystery beau was actually her good friend Paul Drayton, who is the husband of British comedian Alan Carr.
In fact, Alan and Paul’s 2018 wedding actually took place in Adele’s Los Angeles home, with the Grammy award winner officiating the ceremony.
“We did it in her back garden. How nice was that? She paid for it all. She is the loveliest person ever,” Carr said at the time.
“The most magical day ever. As a treat she took us to see Celine Dion in Caesars Palace. She’s absolutely lovely.”
So Friday’s outing was clearly an encore for Adele and her fellow Celine super-fan friends, with The Mirror reporting the singer – who is sporting a slimmed-down frame having reportedly lost over 6 kg after taking up Pilates – partied until 3am backstage, leading everyone in a group rendition of My Heart Will Go On.
And while Paul may not be Adele’s new man, The Sun reports that the 31-year-old is enjoying her new-found freedom since her split from Konecki.
“She’s been excited speaking to men again. She is very much in the courting phase,” a source spilled to the publication.
“She’s attracted to other men and accepts it is over with Simon for good this time—there is no going back. She has asked friends to look out for potential dates. She doesn’t want to rush or get into something too serious too soon. But in reality, this was a marriage where the romantic love ended many years ago.”
The Someone Like You singer confirmed her separation from the charity entrepreneur in April, three years after they tied the knot in secret. They continue to co-parent their six-year-old son, Angelo.
