Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, has been dubbed the people’s hero after the above video became viral.
During President Donald Trump’s UK state visit, Camilla made her views known through a very subtle wink to the media.
The video shows Prince Charles’ wife, 71, winking after she and her husband teamed up with the US president and First Lady Melania Trump for a photo during tea on Monday at their residence, Clarence House.
PEOPLE reported that Camilla was sharing a fun moment with a member of the staff.
“Camilla’s wink is probably the best thing about this visit so far,” one user tweeted on Monday along with a GIF of the wink.
Scott Dworkin, a Trump critic, wrote: “Camilla’s wink is all sane people on earth.”
Another user wrote: “And with that one wink, Camilla’s approval rating [triples].”
Despite large protests, Trump made his 3-day visit to the UK.
“This state visit will reaffirm the steadfast and special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom,” the White House said in a statement.
In a tweet, the palace confirmed: “the President of The United States of America, President Donald J. Trump, accompanied by Mrs Melania Trump, has accepted an invitation from Her Majesty The Queen to pay a State Visit to the UK.”
