Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child via surrogate.
The reality-TV star and her rapper husband also confirmed the newest addition to the Kardashian-West family is a boy.
The couple are already parents to North, Saint and Chicago West.
“He’s here and he’s perfect,” tweeted Kim, before adding: “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her”.
A woman named La’Reina Haynes carried Chicago for Kim and Kanye, but the couple used a different surrogate this time.
