The fitness mogul, who is the founder of weight loss program 12WBT, often shows her strong family values through her social media presence.
A single mother, she often posts photos of her adorable son, Axel.
After sacrificing a lot for her career successes, she had begun to believe children would not be in her future before she gave birth to him in 2015.
She was 45 at the time, and dating Axel’s father, Steve ‘The Commando’ Willis.
Michelle has said her whole life was changed when Axel came along.
“When Axel came into my world, it took me to a whole new place,” she told 60 Minutes in 2017.
“There’s been many a time when I’ll just start talking about Axel and just burst into tears,” she said.
Although her and The Commando have since split, they reportedly remain dedicated to co-parenting their son.
However, their relationship breakdown was not without its’ challenges, with Michelle being caught drink-driving in January 2020, an incident that led to a fine and suspension of her license.
“I spent the evening with girlfriends who rallied around and do what girlfriends do, lend a shoulder, lend an ear. And with that, we were drinking. I’m not proud of that, but that’s really the case, and that was my night beforehand,” she told Stellar magazine.
After her conviction, Bridges publicly thanked her family and friends for their ongoing support in her life.

“What I’d like to say is thank you — to my loved ones, my friends, my team, and to all who have reached out to me. I have received so many messages of kindness from both strangers and people I know,” she wrote alongside a post on Instagram.
“I know the remorse and guilt won’t go away, but I’m determined to keep moving forward, working hard and being thankful for all the good in my life. Mish x,” she concluded.
