Adrenaline-seeking Youtuber, Ryker Gamble has tragically died in an accident at Shannon Falls.
According to Vancouver Courier, Mr Gamble’s fellow YouTuber Alexey Lyakh and his partner Megan Scraper were also killed instantly.
The publication also reports the high-profile bloggers passed away while trying to save Scraper, who had slipped and fallen into one of the pools.
Meanwhile, a reported fourth friend witnessed the incident and ran down the mountain to find help.
Corporal Sascha Banks of Canada’s federal police service revealed the victims were in their 20s and 30s and were swimming in a pool system at the top of the falls “and then walking along the ledge shortly thereafter”. All three of the deceased fell almost 30 metres.
Gamble’s partner Alissa Hensen posted a tribute to the social media star and shared an outpouring of her grief.
“One moment a wave of catastrophic emotions, the next a cavern of emptiness,” she wrote.
“Death is not a request to stop living, it is a request for loving.”
