Sam and Phoebe Burgess have been photographed during a sombre reunion at their onetime marital home – the first time they’ve been known to be back under the same roof since their pre-Christmas split.
Believed to be a pre-arranged visit to see his baby son Billy, the football star seemed downcast as he entered the home he once shared with Phoebe. He moved out of the Maroubra abode under unknown circumstances ahead of the festive season.
Second to arrive were Phoebe and her mum Sarah. The couple’s older child, Poppy – who last week turned 2 – was apparently not present during the visit.
Sarah left the home for a while, leaving the duo to share time together. The visit is understood to have lasted an hour.
Neither party has yet spoken in detail about the end of their union.
