Before the scandalous walkout on The Bachelor Australia (watch it below), Matt Agnew thought it would be smart to see how well the ladies would fight for his love in a friendly game of AFL.
The group date from week 2 consisted of 5 original girls – Mary, Nichole, Helena, Kristen and Jessie and 5 intruders – Nikki, Monique, Renee, Jessica and Julia.
Mary joked, “I have no idea how to play this AFL shit. How do I hold this bloody ball? There should be an easier way to find love.”
Despite the battle, the red team took out the blue intruders 18-12.
Monique joked about her one goal: “We wanted to come back and beat the old team.”
The group date saw Nichole win best and fairest… And alone time with Matt.
Deciding to focus on love, Nichole discussed her favourite topic… Herself.
Despite many viewers shock, Matt gave her a rose.
