TODAY couldn’t be prouder of their brand new look.
But it seems since Karl Stefanovic’s departure, the breakfast show has also let go of another key player.
Fans have noticed that they are no longer featuring the weather on the bottom corner of the screen.
Viewers have said: “New lineup good but not happy with the capital and major city weather… please reinstate.”
Another wrote: “Do you not show the weather anymore? Used to see it twice before work.”
It’s not only thing puzzling fans.
People noticed on Monday’s show, sports reporter Tony Jones was recording laughing and giving himself a pep talk.
He was heard telling himself to be “nice and happy.”
Tony has since spoken about the incident saying he was told to “Liven up, grumble guts!”‘
“Initially I thought he was talking to you, Georgie. But I thought, “Hang on, I think that might have been directed at me”. So I didn’t realise that went to air. It could have been worse, given what we normally talk about during the ad breaks!”
