In the Instagram Q&A fans were invited to ask the former Bachelor star any health questions.
'Does Anna practice intermittent fasting and how many days does she work out every week?' one fan asked.
'She does,' Tim confirmed.
'She probably works out four or five days a week and we probably extend our fast for about four or five days a week to around midday,' he explained.
Anna also shared her workout secrets on her blog.
'I try walk everywhere (remember to always pack a pair of comfy shoes to save your special heels!),' she revealed.
'Each little bit adds up so I incorporate small things such walking to coffee dates or parking further away from the shopping centre entrance (hey, shopping is exercise too),' she added.
'On the weekends I love to play tennis with my family. I'll pretty much say yes to anything which gets me outside and moving.'
She also shared her day on the plate with Daily Mail.
I always start my day off with a green tea and lemon followed by a cappuccino,' she told FEMAIL.
'My first meal of the day is usually at around 11am or midday, when I will have two poached eggs, tomato and avocado, with crispy bacon when I'm feeling naughty. It's so good!'
For lunch, the leggy blonde said she would have a 'small kale salad with salmon, tuna or chicken, or some dark chocolate if I feel I need a treat'.
'For dinner, I'll have a piece of grilled meat with vegetables or salad, followed by some fruit and/or yoghurt for dessert,' she added.
