“You sleep in bunk beds. You get to call one family member once every two weeks for 10 minutes and filming goes for about three months,” she said.

Florence said the mansion had just one television with a Netflix account to share between the ladies.

“We agreed to watch Homeland, however sometimes I’d hide the remote and then wake up real early to watch my own s**t,” she joked.

The Bachie beauty also revealed the extraordinary lengths producers go to to hide the contestants’ identities from prying paparazzi to avoid spoilers.

“During filming there’s paparazzi everywhere so when you are being transported from and to locations we had to wear black hoodies and sunnies at all times to cover ourselves,” she said.

Florence also explained that “some [producers] were worse than others” when it came to manipulating contestants to create drama.

“They definitely try to manipulate a situation by organising it a certain way which will undoubtedly lead to confrontation but they don’t tell you what to do,” she said.

“I don’t blame them. It’s literally a TV show and at the end of the day it’s up to you what comes out of your mouth.”

“The bar opened at 12 noon and we were literally waiting for that from the moment we woke up as there was nothing else to do than drink,” she said.

Contestants are allowed two drinks each per hour, but if producers consider any of the singles “tipsy” they get cut off from the bar.

The Dutch model admitted her least favourite part of the Bachelor in Paradise process happened before filming had even started.

“Before you go into paradise you are waiting in one of the huts for HOURS without anything to do and no phone. Probably the worst part of the experience,” she wrote.

“We had to ask to go for a shower/nap/swim as they’d have to de-mic you and they’re not a fan of that.”

Florence revealed it’s almost impossible to have alone time away from the crew and other cast members.

“There’s cameras in the bedrooms and hidden cameras in the palm trees,” she said, adding that the only truly private area of the Fijian resort is the toilet cubicle.

The reality star revealed it was a similar situation on The Bachelor, saying the leading man “absolutely cannot” sleep with contestants during filming.

“You never see him without crew and you never see him outside of production hours,” she said.

“The only time you get to spend with him off camera is during lunch and when you’re on a one-on-one date in between filming. So you can make out all you want while the crew are eating their sandwiches and watching,” she quipped.
