After making headlines in the 1990s for their fairytale romance, Patrick Dempsey and Jillian Fink have become one of Hollywood’s most beloved celebrity couples.
Celebrating their nuptials in 1999, Patrick and Jillian welcomed their first child, daughter Talula, in 2001, with many fans soon growing curious about McDreamy’s life as a dad.

Talula Fyfe Dempsey
Born February 20, 2002, Talula is Patrick Dempsey and Jillian Fink’s eldest child.
Throughout Talula’s childhood, the father-daughter duo were regularly spotted out and about together, with Patrick frequently snapped on the school run with his daughter.
Speaking on their relationship, Patrick told Parade, “We talk about all kinds of things. We listen to the news and discuss it. I remember when I would do stuff with my father and my mother. You want those moments. They go by very quickly.”
After graduating from high school in 2020, 21-year-old Talula is now attending university in Washington D.C.

Darby Galen Dempsey
Welcoming fraternal twins Darby and Sullivan on February 1, 2007, Patrick and Jillian have spoken openly about their experience with two young sons.
Speaking to People in 2008, Patrick shared, “It’s like a slapstick routine watching these drunk little men run around because they’re wobbly.”
Now in high school, Darby has developed a passion for soccer, with dad Patrick spotted coaching his son’s team.

Sullivan Patrick Dempsey
According to Patrick, Sullivan is the more extroverted of his two boys, telling People, “Sullivan is very funny. He has funny expressions in the way he’s taking things in.”
Unlike Darby, Sullivan has already begun to follow in his father’s famous footsteps. Dipping his toe into the acting world in the 2017 film Come Swim, Sullivan has begun his budding acting career.
