As shared by realestate.com, the luxury pad features a steam room, large outdoor pool, and modern kitchen with stone benchtops. Smith and her husband Josh Miller moved into the property late 2021 with their son Harvey.
Over the Summer, Smith’s new home has made several features on her personal Instagram, drawing viewer’s attention to other property features such as her airy stone ensuite, spacious walk-in robe, and high, sky-lit ceilings.
Prior to her move, the social media personality sold her family’s former Brighton East house for $3.455m in June, accruing just under $1 in profit from the original $2.475m purchase price in 2019.
Smith and Miller’s former home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, and gourmet kitchen – opening out onto an alfresco dining area and resort-style pool.
Their luxury living style has only been furthered, thanks to Smith’s immense social media success. Retaining an Instagram following of 1.4m, her online presence is only growing thanks to her company Keep it Cleaner. Her husband also works as a content creator, withholding his own hefty follower base of 104k.
