A new report suggests that Dream Kardashian’s safety is in danger.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is so concerned with the safety of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter that they have gone to court so a judge can determine her well-being.
This news comes just days before Rob, 30, and Chyna, 29 are due to appear in court on September 18 to reach a custody agreement over the 10-month-old.
Chyna currently has a restraining order out against her ex after he shared naked photos of her to social media, with her legal team accusing him of violating California’s revenge porn laws.
A source told PEOPLE that Rob was told to stop using social media after the incident, where he also accused his former fiancé of drug use, alcohol abuse and infidelity.
“There have been concerns that he will lose custody,” the insider added. “He just can’t act mental on social media. It could be devastating for him.”
