If you cast your mind back to when Charlotte Crosby was on Geordie Shore, you might remember the reality TV veteran and her co-stars tucking into pizza, pasta and hot chips after their boozy nights out.

However, after sensationally quitting the series following her fallout with her ex-boyfriend and castmate Gaz Beadle, the hilarious Brit decided to overhaul her unhealthy eating habits, which contributed to her whopping 20-kilogram weight loss. Charlotte says she now keeps a balanced diet, however, allows herself the occasional “cheat day” to keep her sane and reduce her stress levels.

Speaking on The Morning in 2018 after dropping from a size 16 to a size 8, the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here contestant— who now weighs 59 kilograms— said she used to binge eat, which she says was a point of contention with her mother.
“Me and me mum [Letitia Crosby] had a big argument when I was doing an appearance in Ireland,” she said. “I went out and came back to the hotel with three Big Macs and 20 chicken nuggets and hid in the bathroom to eat it. She caught me and we fell out for a long time over this and I knew I had to change something.

As for why her face looks entirely different, Charlotte isn’t shy when it comes to admitting she’s had her fair share of work done. During a recent episode of I’m A Celeb, her jungle love interest, Ryan Gallagher, teased her about her plump pout, laughing when she said it wasn’t “that big”.
“Can you even feel those lips?” the former Married At First Sight contestant asked before wiping away the dribble that had collected around the sides of her mouth!
Like she always does, she laughed off the criticism, agreeing they look like a baboon’s backside.
“An orangutan’s arse,” Ryan corrected!

The reality star has also been open about her plastic surgery regrets in the past. Speaking to New! Magazine about having her breast implants removed, the 29-year-old said: “I’m feeling great. It feels amazing. I just feel, like, normal again. I feel so much more [confident].”
“It’s definitely changed my outlook. You shouldn’t change things about yourself that you’re happy with just to try to fit in.
