The Love Child star has revealed that she used to routinely go on fad diets in order to lose weight for acting roles.

But after years of dabbling, the 32-year-old is done with dieting.

“I used to think, ‘Oh I’ve got a bikini day, I’m going to go on some amazing diet until I have to shoot that’, but there is no sustainability in that sort of a lifestyle,” she told The Daily Telegraph.

“You need to have a sustainable approach to your life, it is about feeling healthy and comfortable.”

The actress, who took out the Logie award for Best Actress for her role in The Wrong Girl and Love Child, recently opened up about moving to Hollywood, claiming that her ‘family situation’ will determine whether or not she makes the move.

“I have a family situation, and a daughter to think about,” she told media at the 2017 Logie Awards. “So she’s going to dictate a lot of my decisions from now on. Whatever we can make work as a family.”
