“All of us were disgusted!”

Married At First Sight’s Bryce Ruthven joined Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa today to spill details about last night’s dramatic dinner party that wasn’t aired on the show.

Bryce went head to head with Sam Carraro last night after some comments triggered an outburst that rocked the dinner party.

This morning, Bryce revealed to Fitzy & Wippa that the antics were the tip of the iceberg of a much deeper issue and some “key ingredients” added to the misbehaviour.

After Bryce pulled MAFS’ classic beverage throwing move onto Sam last night when he called him a “gonzo,” viewers were left mouths agape, but what exactly pushed Bryce to the edge didn’t even make it to air.

Fitzy dived right into questioning Bryce, who is married to Melissa Rawson, about why he chose such an “aggressive” act to hush Sam.

The radio host asked, “You were really fired up, you threw the wine, you were aggressive. Was it because he was calling you gonzo, school names?”

“That was one of the tipping points. The big tipping point for me was him insulting Melissa and bringing her into it,” replied Bryce.

Throughout this season of MAFS, both Bryce and Sam have commented about their wives’ appearances, which was the crux of last night’s debacle.

Sam’s triggering comments were accusing Bryce of making comments that degraded his wife’s looks, which, as he pointed out, is “A bit of pot calling the kettle black from him throughout the week.”

He went on to detail that viewers saw a watered-down lead up to the wine throwing moment, “He was just saying this and that. I never body shamed Melissa, he definitely body-shamed Coco as we’ve all seen.

“I think there was a key ingredient that was missing last night. In the week leading up he made a comment about Coco that went round the group and all of us were disgusted.”

Although he hinted that Sam said something more unforgivable than what viewers saw, he was hesitant to reveal the comment because it was too damaging to share.

But when Wippa pressed him, he inferred it was something about Sam’s wife Coco Stedman’s dark tan.

“It was about her wearing fake and just, looking like a… Something. I won’t say it. It will just make him sound worse,” said Bryce.

Not holding back, Bryce then called out Rebecca (Beck) Zemek for “slut shaming” his wife Melissa during last night’s dinner.

“Rebecca had a fair bit to say, she’s got a fair bit to say towards Melissa for the first couple of weeks, a little bit of slut shaming and things like that,” he shared.

Those who watched the show will not recall this incident as it didn’t make it to air, but apparently whatever the discussion was about caused Melissa to storm away from Beck.

“It would’ve been great to see what happened with Melissa because when I walked over to the dinner party Melissa actually stormed back in because Rebecca made a comment and Melissa went and told him to go jump off the harbour bridge basically,” Bryce told Fitzy.

It is not quite a season of MAFS without someone throwing their drink at someone, but this time it seems the played out gag was only half of the drama.
