He may not have found his fairytale ending on Married At First Sight, but that hasn’t stopped Mick Gould in his quest for true love.
The Queenslander larrikin joked to fans that he was on the lookout for a ‘plus one’ to co-stars Jules and Cam’s upcoming engagement party.
The farmer captioned a photo of the trio with: ‘Can’t wait to celebrate the engagement of these two fine individuals very soon! Just saw on the invite that pants are optional, best news today!’
‘Also, need a plus 1,’ he added.
One follower then asked, ‘This sounds like your [sic] holding a competition with all your followers to see who you will take, is this correct?’
Mick replied: ‘On a side note, I’ve been promised Eagle Rock and lots of Johnny Farnham will be played. On another side not, I can’t confirm if that is true or not.’

He later added: ‘Otherwise the jukebox will be smashed if there isn’t [American country music singer] Luke Bryan on repeat.’
Mick’s pairing with Jessika Power was famously disastrous, so lets hope he has more success finding a plus one…
