Sometimes an Insta quote is all you need to send a message, right Tammy Hembrow?
The fitness model took to Instagram to share her views on ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins new romance.
In a now deleted post, the mum-of-two uploaded the following message: “Break-ups hurt, but losing someone who doesn’t respect and appreciate you is actually a gain, not a loss…,” with a drawn-on love heart.
Hawkins announced on Monday that he’s with model London Shay Goheen.
He and Tammy ended their four year relationship back in June. They share two children, son Wolf and daughter Saskia.
Tammy spoke of her split in a YouTube video, “One or two months ago, I decided to end things with Reece. He didn’t cheat on me, I didn’t cheat on him. It wasn’t like that at all.”
“I don’t want people to think we just gave up. Most people know relationships are very complex.”
Tammy recently made international headlines when she was hospitalised after Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday.
The Instagram model and influencer released a YouTube video explaining the incident, which she blamed on lack of sleep.
“I was struggling to stay awake, even when I was getting my hair and makeup done — I was literally sitting there falling asleep,” she said. “I could barely keep my eyes open.”
