In tonight’s episode of The Voice, Delta Goodrem decided to tackle the theme of survivors with her contestants, who have all gone through something tough.
Natasha is getting through her battle with cancer, Emma survived her plane crash on the Hudson river and Kimberley’s father died of a shock heart attack 18 months ago.
In a show of solidarity with the women in her team, Delta made a decision that has never been seen before on The Voice.
“I feel like survivors stand together and I would like to get up there and play piano with them,” Delta said.
In a very moving performance Delta and the three competitors had the other judges in tears.
After what was a very tough decision Delta chose Natasha to go through to the next stage of the competition.
But she couldn’t help breaking down into tears as she said goodbye to the other two.
