After nearly 20 years in the business, Sophie Monk is used to being the centre of attention. So it’s no surprise the singer-turned-actress-turned presenter doesn’t go out jogging in a pair of stained sweat pants and a stretched out old t-shirt.
Certainly not in Bondi, anyway.
Sophie looked every inch the star as she set out on a jog along the coast in Sydney’s eastern suburbs; her striking active wear and stylish headphones – which we can assume were probably not playing Bardot – making the mundane task of staying fit look glamorous.
Jogging in perhaps the most paparazzi-heavy stretch of land in Australia, Sophie appeared to pop off some of her own shots on her phone.
The star has been in the news of late, with her close friendship with radio star Jackie O bringing her renewed attention. The duo have been seen out together in the wake of Jackie’s marriage split, recently enjoying a weekend away.
Posting this image on Instagram, Sophie celebrated their friendship by writing: ‘F**k I hope stripes are in 😂
#BestFriends.’
