Just when you thought reality television was winding down for the year, Channel 10 has thrown us a curveball with the Australian version of The Challenge.

While the competition has been running since 1998 overseas, 2022 marks the inaugural year of the Aussie spin-off, which will see some of your favourite faces compete to be the last one standing.
“The Challenge Australia will see an algorithm randomly pair challengers to compete in gruelling physical contests, test strategies, survive eliminations, cutthroat alliances and steamy hook-ups to win daily challenges and eliminate their opponents,” a press statement read.
“With old rivalries, new alliances, messy exes, and fractured friendships to navigate, who has what it takes to go down in reality television history, as Australia’s first Challenge Champion?”
