Hollywood’s most famous momager Kris Jenner has steered her famous children’s careers for years—now is she trying to control their love lives?
Kris, 61, seems to be a fan of weddings. She married her first husband Robert Kardashian at age 22 and has been a mother-of-the-bride four times thanks to her Kardashian daughters: once with Khloe and three times with Kim. And she thinks there may be more weddings to come for the family.
Starting with her baby, Kylie Jenner, Kris told Us Weekly she hopes the 19-year-old makeup maven won’t rush into things with rapper boyfriend Tyga. “When you’re talking about people so young, it’s hard to predict what’s going to happen,” said Kris. “Hopefully when the time comes, she’ll make the right choice and be happy.”
She was coy about whether Khloe Kardashian’s beau Tristan Thompson has asked for her blessing to propose, but said the two “have a lot of things in common” and that Khloe, 32, “seems happier than I’ve seen her in years, so that’s all that matters to me.”
But Kris isn’t on the fence when it comes to Kourtney, 37, and her on-off ex Scott Disick, who reportedly proposed again to the mother of his three kids—Mason, 7, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 2—during a recent family holiday in Costa Rica. “I have always been a fan of Kourtney and Scott together, so that would be my first choice,” Kris told Us. “I love Scott like he’s one of my kids. We’ve been through thick and thin, and I hang in there with him.”
Would the matriarch take the plunge herself again? Her second marriage to Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, ended in 2015 and she says she’s not talking taking vows with boyfriend Corey Gamble. “I live my life by ‘Tomorrow’s not promised and today is really amazing,’” she said . “I’m happy how things are right now.”
