Being given the boot by Bachelorette Sophie Monk hasn’t put James Trethewie off finding love in Paradise.
The Sydney local was only too keen to return to the Bachelor franchise and try his luck with the ladies in Fiji on season two of Bachelor in Paradise Australia.
With exes Alex Nation and Richie Strahan reuniting in the resort, a ‘love square’, and the return of some of our favourite ex Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants, it’s set to be a fiery season, that’s for sure.
So let’s work through our top three possibilities of who we think Manly boy James ends up with in this season’s Bachelor in Paradise.
3. Brooke Blurton
With Sportsbet giving $7 odds that petite brunette Brooke Blurton will end the season with WWF ambassador James, we’ll take it that there’s a high probability that the pair will hook up on the show, and we rank her #3 on our list.
2. Cass Wood
Coming in hot, is Cass Wood. Tipped at #2 in our list, Sportsbet gave the couple $3 odds to walk out of Paradise together.
With Cass happily talking about finding love in promo clips for the show: “I’m kind of nervous. Being nervous for me is a good thing because it means I like someone.”
And teasing: “I could see myself falling for this guy. It’s going really well.”
James could be the guy she’s fallen for.
1. Shannon Baff
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph last week, James admitted he set his sights on Shannon Baff, the car care consultant from Nick Cummins’ season of the Bachelor when he arrived in Paradise.
“I thought Shannon was pretty cute. She was the main person I was hoping would be in there,” James told the publication.
Sounds like we have our winner, ladies and gentlemen.
