The reality star teased fans with a long, brunette wig on Monday.
‘If only,’ the bald 44-year-old captioned a pic of him standing topless in his kitchen.
‘Where is Mike?’ his co-star, Dino Hira, joked in the comments.
Tamara Joy wrote: ‘Omg I can’t even.’
During the series, Mike revealed he had undergone a scalp micropigmentation in 2018; a cosmetic procedure otherwise known as a hair tattoo that gives the impression of a closely shaved hairstyle on a bald head.
