Disney has released the first trailer for the 2019 live-action remake of Mulan.
The movie is set to be released in March next year, starring Chinese-American actress Liu Yifei as our feminist HERO, Mulan.

Disney’s live-action Mulan is a remake of the 1998 animated film, following the story of a young Chinese girl and her journey to embracing her strength when the Emperor of China issues a decree of one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend their country.
Hua Mulan is the eldest daughter of an honoured warrior but secretly takes his place as he is sick. Transforming into a male warrior, Mulan eventually earns the respect of the nation.
Like Aladdin, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid, Mulan is among the long list of Disney live-action remakes.
Just last week actress Halle Bailey was announced as Ariel in The Little Mermaid remake.
Mulan hits cinemas on March 27, 2020.
