Not only would Sarah be unlike any previous Bachelorette, but she adds that the sort of guy she'd go for wouldn't be your run-of-the-mill contestant.
The 42-year-old says that anyone in their twenties who's after more Instagram followers and sponsorship deals need not apply should she star on the hit dating show.
"Men who have been married, divorced or widowed, men with kids and still want at least one more child, or even guys who previously only focused on their careers and now feel ready to find love would all be perfect candidates for me.
At the end of the day, Sarah says the perfect guy is someone with tenacity, compassion and loyalty.
"Australians deserve a proper adult love story with lots of heartfelt depth and stories from genuine participants that the entire country could fall in love with. Hopefully The Bachelorette can do what MAFS couldn’t..."
"Dating is almost impossible!" she said back in February, explaining that though she's on a couple of online dating sites, she's not constantly swiping.
"It is actually a lot more difficult – I think people think men are beating down our doors but that’s not the situation at all. If anything I feel like a lot of people are scared to be in the limelight because of some of the stuff that can happen like trolling and not being able to go to certain places because someone will recognise you."
