The 26-year-old, who was the runner up on Locky Gilbert’s season of The Bachelor, got refreshingly candid on Tuesday about feeling “lost emotionally”.
Bella, who is currently enduring Sydney’s harsh COVID-19 lockdown, confessed “nothing feels normal”.
“One thing that’s keeping me going, looking forward to travelling the world again and still having all of you beautiful humans in my life,” she wrote underneath a photo taken in Italy.
“It’s SO hard to be positive in the present moment but I’m trying immensely hard to remember that focusing on feeling good, means the good will come to fruition.”
Bella admitted to her 100,000 Instagram followers that she took time off social media due to backlash over her posts.
“But, my life coach made me realise that the people that have been criticising me aren’t the ones I do this for, you, the sweet, beautifully hearted, strong humans that love fashion, beauty, travel (albeit what’s allowed) and lifestyle are the ones I do this for,” she wrote.
“PSA I’ve put on 6kgs and haven’t been able to fit in any of my jeans so really haven’t felt confident in my skin lately but you know what, s**t happens and I can’t help that I’m an emotional eater.”
Bella’s frankness comes after she broke her silence on speculation her and Bachelor co-star Bec Cvilikas are no longer best friends.
A source spoke to The Daily Telegraph last month, revealing that the 26-year olds aren’t on good terms anymore.
“They had a disagreement a few months ago and unfollowed each other on Instagram,” the insider told the publication.
Following this, Australian entertainment website The Wash decided to ask the girls straight up. The publication slid into both of their Instagram DMs, asking if either of them would like to give any details on the feud.
“Sometimes friendships grow apart, the same way relationships do. Small details are irrelevant and unnecessary for it to be public information,” Bella replied.
Bec on the other hand had “no real comment” other than the fact that they are “two different people.”
After wrapping filming on The Bachelor, the two actually moved in together in Sydney. From there, the pair were inseparable and featured heavily on each other’s social media accounts.
Recently, however, Bec hadn’t appeared on Bella’s Instagram since January and the last photo Bec shared of the two was back in April.
Unsurprisingly, this led to speculation that something major had gone down between the pair. While the cause of their rift is still very much unclear, it is known that the girls are no longer living together.
