It appears as the title of the movie suggests, A Star Is Was Born when Lady Gaga took home the Golden Globe for the best original song at this year’s awards ceremony.

Fans of the drama and four-time nominated film, which had one hell of a soundtrack – were shocked to see that the 2018 box office hit got snubbed on film’s night of nights.
Regardless, avid fans were still able to have a laugh as hosts Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh quoted Lady Gaga who has repeatedly said the same thing about her co-star Bradley Cooper throughout the movie’s press tour.
Throughout her time promoting the film, Gaga continuously said something along the lines of, “There can be 100 people in a room and 99 of those people won’t believe in you, but you just need one to believe in you” ― referencing Cooper taking a chance on her as the lead of the film. The quote was repeated so often that it went viral!
The Twitterverse erupted when Samberg and Oh riffed on the quote and Lady Gaga’s speedy response.
The singer was quick to yell out, “It’s true!”
We don’t doubt it, Ally. Ahem, Gaga.
