We cannot believe this has happened.
Bachelor Matt took total babe and all-round cutie Vakoo on a single date… and she came away lacking.
“Vakoo is an amazing woman but I’m worried that she’s a bit younger than me. I think we’re at different stages of our lives,” Matt said as he deliberated over the date – which, to be fair, didn’t go as swimmingly as either Matt (or Vakoo, probably) had hoped.
The poor love was so nervous, she could not stop giggling.
Literally.
Apparently, that was a bit of a turn-off for old mate Matt, who looked kind of scared by the (borderline hysterical) laughter.
“Vakoo is a giggly girl. It’s a really sweet thing.”
“But I do feel we’re getting a little stuck on the giggling.”
Unfortunately for poor Vakoo, all that giggling does not a rose receiver maketh…
“He kissed me on the cheek and I didn’t get a rose, so I think that’s a bad sign. I don’t think he’s really into me.”
Cue the tears and grab the tissues… Because, sadly, Vakoo’s gut instinct was right.
Not getting a rose on the date was, in fact, the worst sign… as the model failed to receive a rose for the second time where it really counted – in the ceremony room later that night.
“I’m feeling really defeated after the one-on-one time,” Vakoo admitted ahead of the ceremony, adding that not receiving a date rose made her feel like Matt wasn’t interested in getting to know her more.
“I’m really, really hoping for a rose tonight because I’m just not ready to go home… I actually like this guy, but tonight, he’s left me feeling really, really confused.”
Vakoo’s sad departure, however, couldn’t detract from the drama of the night’s previous mansion evictee: Monique Morley, who was sent packing after the ‘dog c—/disrespectful pig’ debacle completely blew up.
“I think it’s for the best that you leave the mansion,” he told her after confessing that there was just no way to rebuild the trust that had been lost between them. “I’ll walk you to the car.”
