As soon as the MAFS producers sent an iPad to the brides and grooms, you just knew trouble was afoot. Tonight, everything fell apart.
While it feels sacrilegious to compare MAFS to a Shakespearean tragedy, the lies and acting exposed during tonight’s episode were truly unmatched, not to mention the theatrically placed wedding rings that were tossed around.
Just as the audition tapes exposed in Revelations Week set Brooke and Chris back to a point of no return, the footage from the contestants “greener pastures” lunch date broke two relationships, two hearts, and flipped a relationship that was already finding it hard to regain its footing.
If you didn’t catch the episode and were wondering who these culprits are, the answer is none other than David and Alissa, Gia and Scott, and Danny and Bec. Who else tbh?!
In an episode that was meant to solidify relationships and loves – something that Rachel and Steven, and Stella and Filip had no problems with – contestants were instead called out on their lies, leaving viewers in the dark about who will actually show up to the dinner party tomorrow night.
WHO spoke to expert Alessandra about the drama that unfolded this season and when asked to rank the conflict out of ten, she offered us a definitive “12.”
“It’s very explosive, and it’s consistently explosive throughout the season,” she said to WHO. “Because different people will explode at different moments.”
While season 13 of MAFS certainly spread out the drama, tonight’s episode felt like almost every person had their moment to explode…and honestly, we’re unsure we have the energy to watch the dinner party tomorrow.

What relationships crumbled from the final test?
In tonight’s episode on March 31, 2026, contestants were given footage of the “greener pastures” task from the day before where they met with the other matches they could’ve been paired with on the experiment.
After Alissa and Gia’s behaviour in the final test was exposed to their husbands, both couples were quick to throw it all away.
Since David and Scott chose to hide in the bathroom and not engage with their matches, both grooms’ hearts were broken after they saw Alissa and Gia excitedly flirt with their alternative grooms. While neither bride actually cheated, their banter and language was enough to raise eyebrows.
In the end, a lot more than eyebrows were raised. Alissa’s ring was tossed to the floor and Gia left hers behind and booked (yet another) uber out of the experiment before Scott even had a chance to watch the damning footage.
As a tearful Scott had a panic attack after his heart was shattered by Gia, repeating how Gia “used [him]” and that he “paid for everything this whole experiment”, Danny dramatically stood on the balcony as the reality of actually committing to Bec and her lack of “calm” started to set in.
Who left the experiment after this ‘explosive’ episode?
From what it looks like, Alissa and David are well and truly over, throwing away their almost perfect relationship that suddenly spiralled downhill after Homestays Week.
With limited social media interaction and a recent MAFS: After the Dinner Party BTS reveal of Alissa berating David, it’s safe to say the couple are no longer together, or at the very least, they’re on the rocks.

We knew at the start of this month that Gia and Scott didn’t last as her new relationship with Alan Wallace was exposed. Speaking to WHO, Gia confessed that she’s finally with the “manly” man she requested.
Gia also lashed out at Scott during tonight’s episode, arguing that he wanted “more screen time” and “never gave a f–k about her” when he couldn’t accept her ultimatum to leave the experiment two days early. After finding out that Gia and Alan met while this season was still filming, it appears there may have been something behind the scenes that *really* pushed her to leave.

When it comes to Bec and Danny, it looks like they will make an appearance at the dinner party, but Bec has one last trick up her sleeve (my guess is it’s Gia for another “surprise I didn’t actually leave” appearance…but time will only tell).
While Bec told WHO that her and Danny were “great” and the “narrative” on the didn’t show what their “relationship was like behind closed doors”, Danny’s apprehension shown tonight, as well as comments of “texting” and a blossoming “Meghan and Harry” romance from intruder bride Chanelle’s The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick dish sesh this morning might tell a different story.
I guess we’ll have to muster up the courage to watch the dinner party and find out!
